    5. Among all food choices for weight loss, fruits are most enjoyable with its rich, delicious taste. It fills the stomach and suppress the feeling of hunger. In most countries, natural supplements are made out of these fruits. They make concentrated drink, supplement or dietary capsule and even tea. Companies would have it patented, approved by Food and Drug Authorities and sell it. I love all the fruits you suggested for weight loss. However, fresh apricots, grapefruits and peaches are hard to find in our country. It’s really expensive too if you happen to find one. Cleansing diet is the best way to use these fruits into action. In my own opinion, Fruit diet is so far the best and most enjoyable way of loosing weight because it’s healthy, delicious and can actually fill your stomach. Other than that, I’m totally aware I don’t get to have that many Apricots or Papaya this time of the year. Will have to change that.
